Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (based on the delivery date).

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to place the order.

The costs and risks associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Condition of Returned Items: We reserve the right to return any items to the Buyer if they appear to have been used or do not meet the return requirements. A partial refund or no refund may be issued in such cases.

Delayed Deliveries: If you no longer wish to accept an order due to delayed delivery, you are required to formally cancel the order. If the item has already been shipped, you are still obligated to accept the delivery and handle the return as described above.

Unavailable Items: In the rare case that an item is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund the full amount. We will notify you if the item is replaced or if equivalent items are available.
