Terms & Conditions

LoveMeTwoTimes is a registered trademark of LoveMeTwoTimes Zurich. These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern all legal relationships between LoveMeTwoTimes (the Seller) and its customers (the Buyer) for purchase agreements made through the online store. Any provisions from the Buyer that conflict with these T&C are expressly excluded.

The offers visible on the website are non-binding. Product descriptions are primarily for illustration purposes and may change. Price and assortment adjustments, as well as technical changes, are reserved. The offers are valid only as long as they are visible on the website and while stock lasts.

By submitting an order and accepting these T&C, the Buyer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract becomes valid once the Buyer receives an order confirmation via email from the Seller. Delivery methods and costs are displayed during the online checkout process.

Availability and delivery times are not guaranteed. If an item is not in stock, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible about the expected delivery time. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by manufacturers or third parties. All stated delivery times are non-binding and subject to change. Delivery is at the Buyer's cost and risk.

Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Changes to published prices and conditions are reserved, with the date of the Buyer's order being the decisive factor.

Payment for ordered goods must be made in advance, either by credit card or via PayPal. The amount will be charged on the day the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to exclude Buyers from certain payment methods without providing a reason.

When paying by credit card, the contractual and data protection terms of Stripe (http://www.stripe.com) or PayPal (http://www.paypal.com) apply.

All delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received. If the Buyer is in default of payment, the Seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract and reclaim the goods.

Orders are binding, and the Buyer is obliged to accept the goods. Changes to orders are at the sole discretion of the Seller.

The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt and withdraw from the contract. This right is only valid if the goods are unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original packaging. After receiving the goods in the stated condition, the Seller will refund the purchase price. The cost and risk of the return shipment are the responsibility of the Buyer.

All texts, images, graphics, video, and animation files are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, modified, or used on other websites without the Seller’s consent.

The Seller’s privacy policy, applies in its most current version.

The Seller may send the Buyer information about other products or services (e.g., newsletters). The Buyer can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by emailing info@lovemetwotimes.ch.

The Seller reserves the right to adapt these T&C at any time and apply them immediately.

All contracts with the Seller are subject to Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For private orders made by individuals for personal use, the jurisdiction is determined by consumer protection laws. For all other cases, Zurich is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
